who's on the hook
Viraltee is operated by Alex Burch (sole proprietor). Using viraltee.co means you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
what you can and can't design
You can design shirts for personal use, gifts, parties, and one-off creative riffs. You can't use viraltee to produce:
- Designs that infringe trademarks or copyrighted material you don't own (Disney, sports teams, brand logos, etc.).
- Designs targeting minors with sexual content, or any CSAM.
- Designs that promote violence, harassment, hate, or illegal activity.
- Designs impersonating a real person without their consent.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates these rules. If we cancel post-payment, you get a full refund.
ownership of your designs
You own the prompts you write and the rights to use the designs you generate for personal, non-commercial use. You grant viraltee a non-exclusive license to host and display your design on your auto-published storefront so others can buy it. You can hide or delete your storefront at any time from /studio.
fulfillment + shipping
Orders are printed and shipped by Printful. Standard US shipping is 5–7 business days from order. We aren't responsible for carrier delays beyond our control.
refunds + returns
Because every shirt is custom-printed, returns are accepted only for:
- Defects (print errors, fabric flaws, wrong size shipped).
- Orders that never arrive within 21 days of dispatch.
Email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll reprint or refund. Wrong size due to your selection isn't covered — sizing info is on the buy page.
creator royalties
When someone buys a shirt from your /s/[slug] storefront, you earn a flat $3 per sale as Viraltee credit. Credit can be spent on more shirts or, once you cross $25 lifetime earnings, cashed out via Stripe Connect Express (US only, KYC required at cashout). Credit doesn't expire. Refunded sales claw back the creator credit.
payment + pricing
Prices are set in USD and shown at checkout. Stripe processes payments. We may run promotion codes (e.g. FRIENDS) with stated limits. Codes are non-transferable and we may deactivate them at any time. Sales tax is added where required.
account suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the AI credit system, or attempt to chargeback legitimate orders. Suspended accounts forfeit unredeemed credit.
no warranty
Viraltee is provided "as is". We don't warrant uninterrupted service or that any specific design output will meet your expectations. The AI is a probabilistic system and sometimes generates weird stuff. That's the point.
liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to viraltee is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or your friend group judging your shirt taste.
changes
We'll post updates here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, USA. Disputes go to courts in Maricopa County.
