who's on the hook
what you can and can't design
You can design shirts for personal use, gifts, parties, and one-off creative riffs. You can't use viraltee to produce:
- Designs that infringe trademarks or copyrighted material you don't own (Disney, sports teams, brand logos, etc.).
- Designs targeting minors with sexual content, or any CSAM.
- Designs that promote violence, harassment, hate, or illegal activity.
- Designs impersonating a real person without their consent.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates these rules. If we cancel post-payment, you get a full refund.
ownership of your designs
your uploads + designs are your responsibility
When you upload a reference image or describe a design, you represent and warrant that you own it or have every right needed to use it — and that the shirt you ask us to make doesn't infringe anyone else's copyright, trademark, right of publicity, or other rights. You are the author and rights-holder of what you create here; viraltee is just the tool that turns your direction into a printable file.
We don't pre-screen every design, and we don't claim ownership of your uploads. If you don't have the rights to put something on a shirt — a TV or movie still, a band or brand logo, a character, a celebrity's photo — don't. You're responsible for the content you submit and the designs you direct us to generate.
fulfillment + shipping
refunds + returns
Because every shirt is custom-printed, returns are accepted only for:
- Defects (print errors, fabric flaws, wrong size shipped).
- Orders that never arrive within 21 days of dispatch.
Email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll reprint or refund. Wrong size due to your selection isn't covered — sizing info is on the buy page.
